Because we've been forced to end deliveries of books from
outside sources due to contraband getting into the jail, we've created a Wish List of books on Amazon to give the public a way to contribute towards helping us increase our inmates' available reading materials.
We are excited to resume attorney visitation inside the Norfolk City Jail beginning February 2024. It has been quite a while since most attorneys have had the pleasure of visiting their clients face-to-face and as such, we would like to provide some pertinent information to enable a smooth interaction when arriving at our facility
